Brad Semotiuk

-President

Brad founded Pure Staffing Solutions in 2003, establishing it as a leading Canadian employment agency specializing in manufacturing, production, oil & gas, and resource industries. For over two decades, he has helped businesses secure top talent while earning industry recognition, including Growth 500, Globe & Mail’s Top Growing Companies, and multiple ACSESS awards.

In 2017, Brad launched Bumsa, an outsourcing firm based in Chennai, India, providing recruitment, web development, and digital marketing services to Canadian businesses. Continuing his drive for innovation, he co-founded Credibled in 2020 with Elvine, a startup that automates reference and background checks, making hiring more efficient for employers.

Brad has been nominated for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year and Canada’s Top 40 Under 40. A former ACSESS National Board Executive Director, he is also deeply involved in community sports, coaching competitive baseball, hockey, and soccer in Toronto.

Beyond business, Brad enjoys time with his wife and two boys at the rink, baseball diamond, or cottage. He also hosts Steal From The Best, a podcast where top industry leaders share insights to help listeners succeed in business and life.

Ryan McCallen

-Recruitment Manager

If you’re wondering how Pure Staffing Solutions drives client success, the answer lies in one of its key assets: Ryan McCallen. Since the company’s inception, Ryan has been dedicated to ensuring customer success. With over 20 years of sales leadership and customer service experience, he has played a pivotal role in building the company’s client portfolio from the ground up. Through training and mentorship, Ryan has helped develop some of Pure Staffing’s finest Business Developers and Account Managers.

Ryan earned his degree in Political Science from Western University, where he was the starting catcher on the varsity baseball team. He furthered his education with a one-year International Marketing course at Humber College before beginning his professional journey.

Beyond being a pillar of Pure Staffing, Ryan is a proud husband and father of two boys. A passionate baseball coach and volunteer, he was part of the University of Toronto varsity baseball coaching staff from 2009 to 2013, helping lead the team to back-to-back Ontario Championships in 2011 and 2012.

Elvine Assouline

-Operations Manager

Originally from Paris, Elvine is the Operations Manager at Pure Staffing Solutions, where he builds scalable processes that enhance team performance and optimize talent delivery. Passionate about team dynamics, he ensures Pure Staffing operates at peak efficiency.

A seasoned professional, Elvine played a key role in Grapevine6’s growth leading up to its acquisition by Seismic. In 2020, he co-founded Credibled with Brad, automating background checks and reference verifications to make hiring faster and more affordable. He also serves as Lead, Website Management & Digital Operations for La French Tech Toronto, supporting the local French tech community with digital innovation and online strategy.
