We always operate with the highest level of integrity and are transparent in all of our dealings.

As an active member of ACSESS, Canada's leading Employment Staffing Association, Pure Staffing Solutions Inc. commits to the following principles in our work with clients, candidates and employees.

    To comply with all laws and regulations governing employment, human rights, privacy, and health and safety in every province where we operate.

    To represent our services, candidates and opportunities honestly and accurately, and never to misrepresent a position or a candidate’s qualifications.

    To respect the confidentiality of client and candidate information and to use personal information only for the purposes for which it was provided.

    Never to charge candidates a fee for registering with us or for being placed in employment.

    To treat all candidates and employees fairly and without discrimination, and to promote equal opportunity in recruitment and placement.

    To refer candidates to a client only with their knowledge and consent.

    To promote safe workplaces for the contract and temporary employees we assign.
