Pure Staffing Solutions Inc., a Canadian leader in sourcing skilled trades, engineering, and operations candidates is currently searching for a Robotic Weld Tech on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturing company located in Stratford. Job Functions:- Support and champion company goals (i.e. OEE improvements, 5S, quality, etc.)
- Support technical staff in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Co-ordinate maintenance activities between technical staff and contractors
- Help to foster proper escalation during significant downtime events
- Mentor tech services staff and facilitate the growth of knowledge and skills through collaboration and team building
- Attending meetings, and facilitating the flow of information from shift to shift
- Automotive manufacturing experience is considered an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Safety first attitude
- Knowledge of continuous improvement and 5S
- Experienced in root cause analysis, troubleshooting, electrical, PLC’s, robotics, pneumatics, hydraulics, nut welding/projection welding
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Proven leadership – the ability to mentor other technical staff and foster growth through collaboration and team building
